Why Choose Health Force of Georgia as your Home Health Care Service Provider?

Health Force of Georgia is a locally owned and operated home health care service. We are not a franchise. Our sole purpose is to deliver a wide choice of compassionate, home care and elder care services to families and their loved ones in the metro Atlanta market and 18 surrounding counties. The services can be as simple as companion or personal care all the way to skilled nursing. You will not have to change providers as the needs of the customer get more complex.

The Home Health Care Industry is the fastest growing industry in the United States

The U.S. Census Bureau reports that the home care industry revenue skyrocketed from $30.4 billion a year in 2002 to $65.4 billion in 2012 and it will continue to grow in future years. Entrepreneur magazine reported that “The home health category has been consistently named as a top investment choice by Entrepreneur, Forbes and other publications, joining the ranks of preferred franchises along with McDonald’s, Dunkin’ Donuts and Hyatt.”

Franchise Owners May Lack Training and Experience

Many of these health care franchises have been started as investments. They are owned and managed by investors and are not necessarily owned by experts in the industry. Franchisees receive basic training in the health care industry.

Here are some actual quotes from different health care services franchise websites:

“You, our franchisee, need no industry experience. All you need is a minimal start-up investment… A personalized start-up coach providing customized support for your individual franchise.”

“Ongoing support are provided by your Business Coach, and Marketing and People teams to ensure you’re on the right track to promote new positions and reach and connect to applicants using up-to-date digital tools.”

“Our Comprehensive training for our new franchisees includes a five-week curriculum and prior to opening, you will also spend time in an active (name removed) office observing operations.”

“The above methods: Job Boards, Social Media, and Word of Mouth (WOM) will be introduced and covered in detail during Training Week with us as a new Franchise Partner.”

“Additionally, you’ll gain access to our internal Hiring Playbook, and tips from other Franchise Partners across the business.”

“A week-long training class at our global headquarters…”

Franchises May Not Offer As Wide A Range of Services as Health Force of Georgia

Many franchises are not able to offer such a wide range of services. This necessitates changing to a new provider as more skilled services are needed. With Health Force of Georgia providing the care, you will never have to find a new provider. Changing providers can be difficult for the family and upsetting to the loved one receiving care.

All Health Force of Georgia employees are hired because caring for people is their passion. Employees undergo a stringent screening process and are:

  • Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Licensed & certified by the State of Georgia
  • Professional skills and character tested
  • Criminal background checked
  • Employment reference checked and verified
  • CPR & first-aid certified
  • Supervised 24-hours a day by a Registered Nurse
  • Bonded and insured
  • Payroll taxes paid by us
  • Workers compensation liabilities paid by us if caregiver is injured in your home
  • Available on an hourly, daily, weekly or live-in basis

Full-time Clinical Staff Nurses

Health Force of Georgia employs two full-time registered nurses (RNs) supervising all caregivers and making certain your family members’ health and daily living needs are met. Franchise providers contract out nurse supervision to the lowest bidder. What this means to you is that they are not set up to report the daily health status of your loved one and take action, which if left unchecked, can quickly lead to other medical problems. Our clinical RN staff has a vested interest to deliver the highest levels of caregiver supervision and quality home health care every single day.

Make the Right Choice

The choice is yours… a franchise run by investors or Health Force of Georgia – a locally owned and operated home health care service business with decades of experience and a professionally licensed staff. We know that inviting a caregiver into your home is not an easy decision. Give us a call to talk about how we can put our experience to work for your loved ones.
