This Memorial Day, Honor Our Heroes by Keeping Families Together

This Memorial Day, as we remember the brave men and women who sacrificed everything for our freedom, many of us are also caring for the veterans and loved ones who made it home.

If you're in Georgia and providing daily care for a parent, grandparent, or other family member who served — or any senior/disabled loved one who needs help with bathing, meals, dressing, mobility, and more — you may be eligible to get paid for the loving care you're already giving.

Through Georgia’s Structured Family Caregiving (SFC) program Structured Family Caregiving from Health Force of Georgia with Health Force of Georgia, qualifying family members can receive a tax-free weekly stipend (direct deposited), a personalized care plan, and ongoing support from experienced health coaches — all while keeping your loved one safe and comfortable at home instead of in a facility.

It’s one meaningful way to honor those who served: by ensuring they’re cared for with dignity by the people who love them most.

If this sounds like your family, don’t wait. Memorial Day is the perfect time to explore how you can get the financial support you deserve while giving the best care possible.
